Yes. The discovery call is free and is designed to understand your current position, goals, and what support would create the most leverage.
If there is a fit, we will recommend a next step. Often that is a paid 90-minute working session (£450) where we produce a written plan and execution sequence. If you move forward with JAAN, the £450 is credited against your first invoice.
No. We take a small number of projects where we can own outcomes properly across brand, marketing, PR, website and growth. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you quickly and point you in the right direction.
