A Note from the Founders

JAAN Studio exists because we got tired of watching premium brands do all the right things and still not move.

Not because the people were bad, or the work lacked taste. Because ownership was split.

Usually, strategy lives with a Branding Agency, the site is built by a separate Web Design Agency, and Performance Marketing sits downstream. When performance dips, there is always a reason, never a single owner.

JAAN is our answer to the fragmented agency model. We are a Luxury Marketing Agency where taste and commercial discipline sit together, and where the work is built to perform, not just to present.

Jake Posner is a Marketing, Growth and Brand Director and founder with 12+ years’ experience scaling premium, product-led brands across hospitality, wellness, beauty, fashion and homeware in the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East.

He sits at the intersection of Brand Strategy, Luxury Web Design, CRM, and Performance Marketing, turning a clear vision into go-to-market plans, campaigns and measurable systems that move revenue, margin and lifetime value.

Antonia Kharitonova

Design

Antonia Kharitonova is a design lead with an editorial eye and an architectural approach to Luxury Branding. She turns strategy into a visual world that feels inevitable, from identity and typography to layout, imagery, and detail.

She designs Conversion-Led Websites and assets that stay restrained, premium, and consistent across every touchpoint, so the brand looks elevated and works harder at the same time.

The JAAN Philosophy: Integrated Brand & Growth

JAAN comes from the first two letters of our names: Ja (Jake) and An (Antonia).

Later, we realised it also means “soul”, which felt right. The best brands are built on Brand Identity, consistency, and decision-making that holds under pressure.

We kept seeing brands hire parts and call it “full service”. A Brand Studio writes the strategy. Design gets commissioned separately. A site gets built. Then marketing is left to pull it together afterwards.

JAAN is our answer to that. It only works when taste and commercial discipline sit together under one roof. Not as a handover. As one system.
